Complaint for Order No 158812

The computer arrived safely today. You have fitted a MALE connection for the monitor cable not a female socket as usual. I have been unable to source a male/female cable or a female/female adaptor in Norwich so what am I supposed to do now?
I am very unhappy.

Hi Peter,

The graphics card has:

1 x D-SUB VGA
1 x HDMI
1 x DVI-I

These are standard connections for VGA connection. Are you trying to connect it to a different port?

The DVI-I connection is male, but standard cables are male/male therefore cannot connect to your card.

The DVI-I port on the graphics card is standard for this model of graphics card as per the original specs on the product.

As you did not purchase a monitor from us we do not supply a monitor cable.

What model monitor are you using?
