I would like to express my complete satisfaction with the whole process of buying from Computer Planet.

The website is a pleasure to use with the facility for quotations and either pre-designed or build from scratch systems. The technical information is excellent and I rarely had to go to any external links to find out more. The ability to fine tune is just what is needed even if it helps me to spend more! I liked the ability to specify the exact manufacturer of the various components rather than just a generic spec.

The small questions I had were answered very promptly by staff who knew their job and were very clear in communication. The predicated delivery date over-ran due to unavailability of my chosen specification but a very sensible compromise was reached at no extra cost. Perhaps my only criticism is that I would have valued feedback as soon as you knew there would be a delay rather than waiting until the predicted delivery date to contact me. Over all that is a minor niggle and I felt confident that I was dealing with a reliable company.

The computer delivery was prompt, the packing superb - I have never seen so much bubble wrap - and the tracking system by the courier was up to date and very detailed.

My computer system is working perfectly and I am delighted that my spec has translated into an attractive machine which is super fast and virtually silent in operation. I liked the way all the spare cables and fittings were included and clearly labelled and especially the lack of trial software on the hard disk.

Your follow up email completed the process in a very reassuring way. Such is my satisfaction that I have already emailed your details to a friend who is planning to replace his PC in a year or so.
