UPS take 2 days to delivery to Northern Ireland. So it will be 2 working days from when ever it was shipped. If you PM your order number I will check it for you.

So final judgement :
My PC arrived today around 11 AM (on schedule).
Everything was included, all accessories, cables, etc.
After Installing windows and the downloaded drivers, the computer works perfectly.
Also checked BIOS (memory timings, FSB:DIMM ratio, voltages, etc...), all set up fine.

So I am very happy with the computer and with Computer Planet. I can definitely recommend them.
One minor negative is the actual production time, which was cca 3 weeks, but considering that i received a fast computer for an incredible price, it was well worth the little extra wait.

So thank you CP, also thanks goes to TOM for answering my emails (i've sent a LOT :D )
Good Job. Looking forward to order from you in the future.

I have had a nightmare with computer planet
It seems to be the same story they give to everyone, that they are out of parts but are giving you a free upgrade, but you dont find out about this until you chase them up.

The order is now 5 days overdue

It is the most unreliable service I have ever used and would NOT use them again.

Free game and free gifts follow in the post and have been sent to you.

It's not possible for a product key to be wrong and we only sell genuine MS software. You will get a message asking you to activate Windows. I cannot see any support requests sent to us regarding this problem but if you phoned Microsoft to resolve it then the license was genuine and the product key was correct as they would not activate the software if it was not.

Any more questions just let me know or use the live chat at www.computerplanet.co.uk/support/ for instant help.
