I've been a Mac user for several years and for various reasons wanted a high performance Win7 machine. So, to cut to it, I'm absolutely delighted with the machine you guys built for me. Your excellent customer service has been one of the highlights of perhaps the best online buying experiences I have had so far.

I read some pretty negative reviews of you guys, but as well as me, 2 of my friends have also had great experiences with you.

I'll never go to the high street again.

That is ofc provided that I get a response to the simple after sales question I asked by email.

I think if I wanted to encourage repeat custom I'd keep my satisfied customers sweet. Just saying.

I had a good experience myself customer support was fast and helpful, only downside was the two week build time. Still love my system.
