PC Dust Problem

Hi,
I purchased a computer from you a while ago, so thought you'd be appropriate to contact with my problem. My computer automatically got updated (windows update) and works fine, except now my pc cannot read any type of disk i place into the DVD/CD ROM. I've looked online and apparently it might be because my driver is out of date, however i only had it made by your company within the last year. Thankyou for your assistance

To try and resolve the problem you are having we need to connect into your PC via remote access to look at the logs and run some tests.

I've found out what was the problem. It turns out that my computer has an excessive amount of dust inside the case, as i've only been cleaning the outside of it regularly, what clenaing methods can you recommend me for later use to prevent this from happening again?
