Fault - Clicking Sound

I powered up my new PC for the first time today and there is an awful clicking sound. I Think it is coming from the CPU fan but I am not 100% sure.
I'm sure this is something that will require the PC to be sent back to you to fix. Please could you arrange for it's collection.

Hi Chris,

It's possible during transit a cable might have moved and be catching on a fan. Please can you look inside the PC to work out where the noise is coming from?

Apart from the noise is the PC booting up and working ok?

It sounds like the fan might be catching on something.

If it happens again and you can't see what it's catching on let me know and I'll send you a replacement fan.

Yes, the computer is booting up and running properly, thanks.

When I booted it up again today there was no clicking noise but the sound did return after about 10-15 minutes and it remained constantly.

I removed the side panel and determined that the noise is definitely coming from the CPU fan. I applied a small amount of pressure to the plastic panel below the fan, Pushing gently sideways, and this stopped the clicking until i let go. After trying this again with a little bit more pressure it has stopped clicking.

I hope that this has permanently solved the problem but I am doubtful. Do you have any advice on the matter?
