Faulty GTX570

Postby jordanbeast » 23 Nov 2011, 12:25

Dear Forum,
I have been experiencing faults with my gtx570 nVidia graphics card.
I returned the PC back to CP a few months back, and they replaced the CPU and RAM, thinking this was the root of the problem. But still the gfx card crashes.

It only happens when in the middle of a video game. On desktop it runs fine.
But, I have specifically ordered this rig with the high end graphics card due to the nature of my business.

During Fifa 12, or Battlefield 3, or Skyrim the game will crash back to windows, stating that the graphics has recovered from a driver error.
I then try to run the game on low graphics, but it still crashes. This makes reviewing and commenting on games, which is my occupation, very frustrating.

I have wiped the drivers and re-installed all the available drivers from nVidia website individually, with no success.
I have re-installed a fresh copy of windows, but the issues persists.

I have read other forums and they have suggested RMA'ing the card.
Please advise.
