free gift with custom pc

very pleased with our order except for free gifts - the headphones are so quiet you cant here them (and yes we have turned up volume switch to max) and the web cam will not work without software, and disc that comes with will not load?
also there are 2 grey cables which look like phono to me coming out of rear casing - what are they for please?

Hi Rog,

The wire coming from the back is to give you front panel sound. If you want to use the front panel sound you plug that into the back.

re order #159853 - the free gifts wer not very good quality so you agreed to send a free tv usb stick instead - its never arrived despite my getting a email saying it was sent?
