PSU Failed

Postby malcolm » 20 Jan 2012, 13:56

Re: [#168178] PSU Failed- This PC is in use on a critical design task. As I was sure the PSU had failed I swapped this out on Friday and I am pleased to say that the PC has been operating successfully since this time. Can I therefore now simply return the PSU for replacement and save us all some time and postage...

PSU Failed

Postby malcolm » 20 Jan 2012, 13:56

I have just tried to set up the UPS collection and it says I have to pay for collection?! I am using the original shipping number: 1Z5792X09152669015 Surely this is incorrect? Note that for just the PSU, the weight is 2.5kg. Regards, Malcolm

You won't have to pay. Don't worry about that. Ignore weight it does not matter.

PSU Failed

The failed PSU was collected on the 20th Dec by UPS. Can you confirm that you have received this and give an indication as to when we might have the replacement? The PC is running on a spare at present.

Hi Malcolm,
