Side Fan has stopped working

Hello

I bought this PC from Computer Planet in February this year. It has worked fine until approximately 4 days ago when I realised it was running quieter than usual. I then realised it is because the fan on the side of the PC is no longer spinning. There has so far been no overheating but I don't know how long that will last. The computer doesn't even seem to know it has broken (no pop-ups on startup saying anything about it) Can you please tell me what the problem may be, how I could fix it, or if you offer a service that will fix it? The computer is still under warranty, of course.

I've posted you a replacement fan which will arrive in the next 2 days. The old fan does not need to be returned back to us.

When looking at the back of the PC it's the right side.
