I understand what needs to be done but there is no date or time that my graphics card is going to be collected. Can you please tell me.

Your order was placed with the standard warranty so you will need to dispatch the card back to us using a courier such as http://www.parcel2go.com or royal mail.

Hi,

I recieved confirmation regards my graphics card arriving. RMA 165829.
Just wanted an update to see when my card will be delivered back to me, and whether or not its being repaired or replaced.

Hi,
Can you confrim that my card will be delivered on Monday 10th Oct, I was told I should have recieved it last week Thursday/Friday but i didnt. I need to know the exact day simply because I need to ensure someone will be in to collect it.
