Video Card Problems

Hi There

Im starting to have problems with my PC. My video card has a fault as my computer randomly freezes and the screen goes scrambled, so I have to then shut down my computer and wait because if I try restart it straight away the scrambled screen remains, even at boot up. I am still under my 1 years warranty and need assistance in getting the hardware repaired or replaced. I've looked at multiple forums and it all points to my Nvidia graphics card. Could you get back to me ASAP so we can arrange a means of sorting this, whether its the computer being collected and taken away for repairs, or somebody comes out and replaces it.

To try and resolve the problem you are having we need to connect into your PC via remote access to look at the logs and run some tests.

Please visit www.teamviewer.com and install this free program. Please then update the support ticket with the session ID and password that is displayed when you run the program. We are available to do this between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday to Friday and will usually connect into your PC within 60 minutes of you adding the session details to the support ticket.

Once this has been setup we will be able to control your PC while you watch.

Logs do suggest the graphics card is faulty. Do you want me to arrange an RMA for just the card or the entire PC to come back?
