Hi im new here was was surprised on how little forums there are on the board and was wondeing if it was possible to have a Tutorial & Guides forum and maybe a Windows 7/Vista/other OS's forum as everthing seems to put in general discussion.

Reason I asked is because i have a lot of tuts & guides that i would like to share.

No order number, i was kinda thinking this was a computer tech/help forum, but im thinking im wrong

It's mainly for customers of Computer Planet to get support but i'm sure other members wont mind helping anyone

Well if people are intersted in Guides/Tuts/ and other useful info, I would gladly post some if there was a thread for them as i don't want to mess up the forum by posting in the wrong cats

I'm just guessing here - it seems to me to depend on the reason for the discussion. The Forum in general & the 'Configuration Discussion' board implies it's about configurations on the CP Build designer and optional services. I think I've nearly strayed 'off-topic' in the Config Discuss with multi-boot posts.

But your right, if people want it they'll vote with their posts.
One thing that might get it started is a 'HOW TO' type board on how to negotiate and get the best out of the CP build designer and CP other pages. Having just been through the design, quote, modify & order process there seems to be plenty of room for info. For me it's a hassle to constantly have to google & refer to manufacturer specs to ensure I'm buying what I think I'm buying and it compatibility.

Just a suggestion: Post an example list of your Tuts & Guides to give people a flavour.
